Accommodation

Newly built high quality accessible accommodation will be available on the UCD Campus, situated within walking distance of the conference. UCD has extensive fields and woodland for those who like the fresh air.

On-campus accommodation is provided in self-contained apartments.

The Merville accommodation consists of apartments with three/four single bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped dining room/kitchen. These bedrooms can be booked for single occupancy and couples will be accommodated in adjacent single rooms. Continental breakfast is included in the price.
€ 50 per room per night single occupancy including Continental Breakfast

Glenomena student residences are the latest addition to the student accommodation on campus. Each apartment consists of 6 bedrooms (3 on either side of a central hallway) each having an en-suite toilet with shower and fully equipped dining room/kitchen.. These bedrooms can be booked for single occupancy and couples will be accommodated in adjacent single rooms.
€ 61 per room per night single accommodation including Continental Breakfast.

Hotels

Block bookings have been made in 3* and 4* and 5* hotels. Each hotel booking must include full payment for the selected nights . Any extras must be paid directly to the hotel on departure. The hotel charges as detailed on the Booking Form are inclusive of rooms with private bath and shower, service charges and taxes, and full Irish breakfast daily. The number of single rooms is limited.

Jurys Ballsbridge Hotel
5* modern conference hotel in the leafy Ballsbridge area of the city. 2 restaurants, 2 bars, extensive meeting space.

€ 195 per night twin or double room including full breakfast, service and tax
€ 170 per night single occupancy including full breakfast, service and tax


Burlington Hotel
4* large modern hotel closer to the city centre. Large attractive bar, 2 restaurants, extensive meeting space.
€ 195 per night twin or double room inclduing full breakfast, service and tax
€ 170 per night single occupancy including full breakfast, service and tax

Bus stops outside Hotel for UCD campus

Montrose Hotel

3* business hotel 5 minutes walk from UCD campus
€ 125 per net twin or double room including full breakfast, service and tax
€ 105 per night single occupancy including full breakfast, service and tax

Guesthouses and Bed/Breakfast

There a number of guesthouses and bed/breakfasts situated around UCD campus. For a listing of guesthouses and bed/breakfast search the web site of the Irish Tourist Board and look for accommodation in Dublin/South in the areas of Ballsbridge, Donnybrook or Merrion Road, at

Guesthouses and Bed, breakfast and accommodation must be booked by the delegates themselves
